Do you have an emergency pet care plan?
It’s not something we like to think about, becoming ill or worse still being rushed to hospital. However, pet owners do need to think about what would happen to their animals should you have to leave them in an emergency. We are asking people to fill in an emergency pet care form.
The form comes in 2 parts, one half you can display in your window making people aware there are pets inside. The other half is a form which outlines your pets needs (medication etc). It also has the contact details of your nominated person who has offered to help out should the need arise. This can be put on your fridge. You could even have more than one person, a friend, neighbour or relation or all 3! If you don’t have a printer, simply hand write a notice and copy the wording on our form.
Being prepared brings peace of mind that your pets will be cared for if you are unable to do so.
