RSPCA Transport
SORRY, THIS OPTION CURRENTLY IS UNAVAILABLE. We can help with voucher assistance.
We can help with transporting your cat to the vets for neutering. However, we do prioritise the elderly and less mobile. The donation for RSPCA Transport to neuter your animal is £35. PLEASE NOTE: This is for a routine operation only.
Our waiting list for RSPCA Transport is around 4 weeks (longer at certain times).
There needs to be someone at the pick up address between 2pm and 4pm on two consecutive days. You don’t need to have your cat in a basket, we will bring our own, but they do have to be detained indoors. There is also no need to starve your cat, this will be done at the vet but please do not feed them for two hours prior to pick up (this avoids them being sick on the journey to the vets).
The £35 donation is to be paid in full on collection. Operations are Mon to Wed only.
If your cat is found to have another veterinary condition or problem, then we reserve the right to refuse neutering and you will be expected to cover any extra costs incurred, for example ear mites or an unknown pregnancy.
If you are able to provide your own transport, we strongly recommend this as the waiting list can be up to four weeks for RSPCA Transport.
