Full time eBay/E-Commerce Manager

Permanent (Initial 6 mth probationary period)
40 hours per week – sickness and holiday cover as required

Here at the Nottingham and Notts Branch of the RSPCA we are passionate about animals. We have been at the forefront of animal welfare in Nottingham for over 140 years. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed person to join our dedicated team.
This position (with a probationary 6 month period) is ideal for someone with proven eBay selling experience on a professional level, either with another charity or as a business. The successful applicant will inherit an established, excellent store and we are looking to expand growth and sales which they will be responsible for. You’ll need to be able to drive, be exemplary in customer service & have communication and cash handling skills – there’s a full job description and person specification below.
The role needs a level of physical fitness as there is lifting and loading involved. You’ll need an eye for detail, will be working alongside our close team at Farrington Way and also colleagues at our charity shop.
The primary aim of the role is to continue the success of and expand our E-Commerce reach to generate as much income as possible from donations, this in turn enables the branch to continue to work in Nottingham.
